We provide technical assistance to states, territories, and tribes through a broad range of services (both onsite and virtual) to guide policy and practice change. We have operated numerous technical assistance centers and programs for federal and foundation clients. Our staff and consultants assist with the implementation of evidence-based treatment and support services for people with behavioral health and/or addiction disorders, particularly those who have experienced homelessness or who have been in contact with the criminal or juvenile justice systems.
